Diamond-like films refers to the nanofilms:

LAET offers a powerful, non-inductive, precision resistors RA6, RA7 and RA8 based on resistive diamond-like films.

Rated  power - 25 W, 50 W, 75 W, 100 W, 150 W, 200 W, 250 W, 300 W, 350 W, 400 W, 450 W, 500 W.

The range of nominal resistance: - from 1 ohm to 1  mOhm ; - accuracy - 1, 5, 10%;

  • Temperature coefficient of resistance - for the execution of I - no more than 100 ppm,, for the execution II - no more than 300 ppm;
  • dielectric strength - not less than 2 kV at normal humidity, which is determined by 2 mm air gap between the findings of the resistor and the surface of the radiator. For RA8 - more than 100kV.


To improve the electric strength RA6 and RA7, together with the resistor can be bundled gaskets of high-heat-ceramics based on AlN. When you install the resistor on the radiator through the gasket and fill it with dielectric organosilicon gel (such as Viksinit, STEP, SKTNEV http://www.surel.ru/rea.html), dielectric strength of the resistor increases in several times.

- Insulation resistance - more than 1011 ohms.;

- Maximum temperature - 2600С . Rated power is saved up to 80 0С  of environment.

WARNING!

The installation of resistor RA6 and RA7 to the radiator should be produced on  conductive paste

KPT -8 or analog. Polymer pads are not allowed!

Fastening of the resistor RA 7 on the radiator using screw M3, SH3, SH3gr. is in the following order:

1. screw through the hole - the first;

2. screw through the "ear" - the second.


On the basis of new resistive films can be manufactured chip resistors. Their advantage over traditional - the ability to withstand the higher current density, inertness to corrosion and radiation fluxes.

- For the gasket of the VK-94 - 1,313 K / W
